To request a refund, email us at support@eviglo.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Opened and partially used products are eligible for a full refund. We want you to actually try it.

Subscribe and Save orders can be cancelled at any time before your next shipment. Email us at support@eviglo.com and we will cancel immediately. You will never be charged for a shipment you did not want.

For damaged or defective products, contact us at support@eviglo.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.
